How we work with landowners

1) You tell us about the land (county, parcel/APN if you have it, acres, access, and anything important).

2) We review it. If we can buy it, we’ll send a written offer. If we can’t, we’ll tell you.

3) If you accept, we close through a title company. Closing costs depend on the property and title work.
